Council Meeting Monday, September 14th

September 14th is our traditional potluck and home coming for the new 2009-2010 year. We will continue to meet at the Jewish Federation from 6:15 to 7:45. See our website for a map if needed. Lee Hampton is coordinating the potluck. Please let her know what you can bring.

This is the time of year that we look at the purpose of the Council and discuss plans for the coming year. It is an opportunity to reflect on what the Council means to us and what we can contribute to the Council.

There is an opportunity to sign up for committees and to express what we would like to happen during the coming year. Judy Lackritz will tell us what programs are in the planning stage and Lee will tell us about the Amazing Faiths Dialogue Dinners that will take place on Thursday, November 12th. Council members can contribute by expressing their ideas for programs and projects.

Join us as we seek to foster awareness of religious diversity and to promote interreligious understanding in San Antonio through education and action.
